I hope you're all having a wonderful Easter weekend. I had some poorly timed illness yesterday so unfortunately will not be gorging myself on as many chocolate flavoured things as possible. I've even been put off the above monstrous tower of chocolate cake but I'm hoping that I will fit in some roast dinner this evening.
If you're interested, I used Mary Berry's chocolate fudge cake recipe which is my absolute favourite for a quick and easy moist chocolate cake. It pars well with a chocolate ganache or vanilla whipped cream or both as I did with the above.
